Commercial Roofing Solutions, LLC was started in May 2002 by owner, Frank S. Baer. Frank has over 35 years experience in various aspects of the commercial roofing industry. His history began in 1977 as a Roofers Local #2 field technician for 13 years and then proceeded to literally climb the ladder to success as a business owner. Our field technicians are union members of the St. Louis “Roofers Local #2”. During that route he was employed as a General Manager/Sales and Project Manager for respected St. Louis Union roofing contractors and part owner of another.  Frank was never quite satisfied with the way some owner’s or partner ran their businesses. His approach has always been to never take clients for granted and has always been committed to their complete and long term satisfaction.

COMMERCIAL ROOFING SOLUTIONS, LLC IS UNIQUE
What makes us unique is that we are not a roofing contractor as we do not install new roof systems physically. We are unique in the fact that the services we provide are limited to Commercial Roof Consulting and Commercial Roof Repairs & Maintenance, only. Prior to starting up his business, Frank took a consensus with some of his major clients. It turned out that most clients didn’t want just another roofing contractor in town but wanted him to continue to provide honest answers and economical solutions to their roof problems and to continue to provide expertise trouble shooting and professional maintenance. Hence, Commercial Roofing Solutions, LLC was started and continues today to provide those services for those most valued clients.
