BEFORE
One of our clients was told he needed to spend $500,000.00 to replace his leaking roof system when all the roof system needed was an extensive maintenance program. Many other building owners are also subject to unethical roofing contractor salespeople. Our Maintenance Division provided the long over-due maintenance program for under $15,000.00. That was in 2002. That original roof is still intact and servicing the owner well.
AFTER
That $15,000.00 maintenance program served not only the client well for the past TEN YEARS but provided our company with a long term satisfied client with numerous referrals to us.
EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE
Our company has been providing consulting and repair services since our conception in May of 2002. Frank S. Baer, owner, has been personally engaged in the commercial roofing industry since 1977. We service mostly the St. Louis and surrounding areas but we have been hired for out of state services.
